Covid-19 has been here for over 2 years now. Most of us have dealt with the pandemic and are possibly tired of dealing with it. I know I am. What are you doing to stay healthy and fresh?
Here are some things you can do:
Exercise daily - 15 to 30 minutes of exercise will keep you refreshed and give you new energy to face the next day or task.
Eat healthy - do look for those vegetables and fresh fruits. Do not avoid water - stay hydrated.
Take care of your mental health - do not overburden yourself. Take a vacation, talk to a family member, or reach out to your doctor. Depression kicks in when we isolate and do not see our loved ones as we always do. Those of us who have families and friends who live far away, check in on them more often than you may have done in the past.
Finally, get that pedicure or manicure - the human body needs care too. Take a day and go get a treat for yourself alone or with a friend.
